Routes: Marangu (Coca-Cola Route, huts, 5-6 days, good for first-timers); Machame (Whiskey Route, camping, 6-7 days, scenic and challenging); Lemosho (better acclimatization, highest success, camping, 7-8 days); Rongai (from the north, less crowded and drier, camping, 6-7 days); Northern Circuit (longest, highest success, 9 days, camping); Umbwe (most challenging and direct, 6 days, not for first-timers). Best time: January to early March and June to October. Avoid April to May and November (heavy rains). Included: Certified mountain guide. All porters and support staff. All national park fees. Mountain accommodation (huts or camping by route). All meals on the mountain. Safety equipment including oxygen and first aid. Summit certificate. Government taxes.
